Join Hentley Farm owner, Keith Hentschke and Executive Chef, Patrick Chung, from Koomo Restaurant as they take you on a journey from the farm to the clouds.

This 5-course dinner experience will showcase a tailored Koomo Asian inspired menu paired with exceptional wines by Hentley Farm.

Be welcomed by a glass of Champagne and a fresh oyster shucking station from Samtass Bros Seafoods.

As you settle in canapés will roam the room.
