Lot Fourteen

We are so excited to be located diagonally across from Adelaide’s newest innovation hub, Lot Fourteen. Lot Fourteen is one of the most exciting urban renewal projects in Australia and is a springboard for innovation and will bring together the state’s leading abilities in space, defence, hi-tech and creative industries. Not only will Lot Fourteen increase jobs and travel to Adelaide, it will also position and raise awareness of Adelaide on the global stage.

This brand new development site is situated at the old royal Adelaide hospital site at the eastern side of North Terrace. You can take in the views of the site from our Plaza Workspace on level 10; sit back and be inspired.

Lot Fourteen boasts a number of tenants already as of December 2020 housing industries from defence, space, tech, artificial intelligence and creative Arts. Some of the most notable companies moving into the innovation hub LVX Global, Google, Amazon and NASA.

The Australian Space Discovery Centre is a place to inspire, educate and engage the next generation space workforce and Australian community. The kids will love all the interactive exhibitions!

A proposed Aboriginal cultural centre and gallery named The Aboriginal Art and Cultures Centre (AACC) is planned for completion by 2024. It’s marked to be the whole centrepiece of the whole development. The exhibitions will largely display Indigenous cultural artefacts currently in storage at the South Australian Museum.

The sky is the limit for Lot Fourteen and we cannot wait to see what unfolds in the future.
